// Angelic Waterfall Session //

Photographer: Andre

Landy and Greg are from Canada. They flew all the way to Bali to enjoy their first time holiday together. Because this is such a special trip for them, they thought why not commemorate it with a photo session. I got the pleasure to help them create memories in this beautiful exotic land.

I have visited Tegenungan waterfall plenty of times, either for a photo shoot or just for outing with our families when they come to Bali. But no matter how often, every time I visit this place I feel energized and refreshed by its charm. How I feel lucky to live in Bali and be able to enjoy something great just by driving a couple of hours from the city.

That day the waterfall was looking dreamy with the soft sun flare that fell upon the water. The nature’s magic turned a simple, casual & relaxed session into a set of pretty dramatic photos with such heavenly vibe. I got to thank them for being adorable to each other during the whole session. They are such kind people to begin with, and I feel blessed that they found me to do this with them.

“Natural, wild and free – UNTAMED.

If you love the idea of using dried flowers for your wedding, you’ve got to read this post. Pepper Suite Events, FIRE, WOOD & EARTH and Verena Mia are so excited to present our styled shoot called “UNTAMED” – in the spirit of being wild and free.

Natural and dried materials were used, rattan furnitures, dried leaves and wildflowers. We had two decor setup – one is a more bohemian, and another is a simpler spot for the beach. These natural elements are a contrast juxtapose to the Verena Mia flowy gowns. The gowns are of a soft light-grey-blue tone, made of layers of silk and chiffon materials that create a movement and dynamics in the set of rigid things.

For this concept shoot, we had a long hand-tied cascading bouquet by Pretty Wildflowers. The bouquet is lovely made from their collections of dried wildflowers over the past year. We love the fact it is overly long and airy, this look checks into our list of favorites. We are thankful for the venue at The Asmara for their gorgeous setting of amazing sea view, and the semi private beach with cliff rock background was a perfect spot for this styled shoot.”
